Wedge steel security doors are pressed-steel main doors for apartments, villas, stair lobbies and service areas. Each door is a complete doorset: leaf, frame, seals, hinges and multi-point lock, made to your opening sizes. The fire-cum-security variant adds Wedge INTUF intumescent seals and a mineral-wool core so one door meets both the security brief and the fire NOC.

Installation
Frames are fixed to the RCC or masonry opening with anchor bolts and grouted before finishing. Leaves are hung after floor finishing to protect the powder coat. Wedge supplies an installation guide, and crews are available in Delhi NCR, Lucknow and Noida.

Can the same door be fire rated?
Yes. The fire-cum-security variant uses a rockwool core and Wedge INTUF seals. Rated doors are supplied with the test certificates of the doorset manufacturer and of the Wedge components.
What sizes are available?
Any size up to 1,200 × 2,400 mm single leaf and 2,400 × 2,400 mm double leaf. Larger sizes on request.
Do you supply the frame?
Yes. Every door is a doorset with a pressed-steel frame, seals and hinges. Frame-only supply is available for retrofit projects.
